Citizen Machinery is the machine tool company of the Japanese Citizen group, founded in 1930. Its headquarters and main plant are in Miyota, in Nagano prefecture.

The Cincom brand stands for sliding-headstock (Swiss-type) lathes, the Miyano brand for fixed-headstock lathes. Since 2011 both lines belong to one company. A technology of its own is low-frequency vibration cutting (LFV), which breaks chips in a controlled way.
