Processing is based on the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette RS no. 87/2018) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In short
You can use this website without registering. We only process personal data when it is needed to run the website or when you contact us. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not use analytics tools and we do not sell your data.
Visiting the website and server logs
When you open the website, our hosting provider's server automatically records technical data sent by your browser:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- the page visited and the referring page
- browser type and operating system
This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure, for example to detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website. Logs are not combined with other data and are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose.
Contact form, email and phone
When you send us an inquiry through the form, we process the data you enter: name, email address, message and topic, and, if you provide them, your company and phone number. The same applies when you email or call us.
We use this data only to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given via the checkbox in the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Messages from the form are delivered by a technical service provider acting on our instructions as a processor. We keep the data until your inquiry has been handled. If a business relationship results from it, we keep the data within the statutory retention periods for business records.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@erakovic-cnc.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing up to that point.
Map and Google Maps
In the contact section we show our own region map. It is part of our website and does not load any third-party content.
The interactive Google map only loads when you click “Show interactive map”. Your browser then connects to Google's servers (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA), and at least your IP address and the page address are transferred to Google. Google may set cookies and may also process data in the USA. The legal basis is your consent, given by clicking the button.
The link “Open in Google Maps” opens Google Maps in a new tab. Data processing there is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
Regarding your data, you have the right to:
- access the data we process about you
- rectification of inaccurate data
- erasure of your data
- restriction of processing
- data portability
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- withdraw consent at any time
Send your request to info@erakovic-cnc.com. We will reply without undue delay and within the statutory period.
If you believe that processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).
Security
The website is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS). Only people in our company who need the data to answer your inquiry have access to it.
