Description
Turbo MH conveyors combine a hinge belt for chips with filtration of the coolant to 140 or 250 µm. They suit machines that produce large, stringy and small chips, and usually fit the standard machine tank.
Brushes inside the belt clean the filter boxes as it runs, and a "live link" in the belt lets fine chips through to the scrapers at the base, so nothing builds up.
LNS from Orvin, Switzerland, has been developing machine tool peripherals for more than 50 years, starting with bar feeders.
