Simple, fast and super silent
The NEXT 25 Series II is a fully integrated automatic bar feeder for multi-spindle lathes, for bars with diameters between 4 and 25 mm and lengths between 2,850 and 4,200 mm. It is very compact and high-performing, makes the most of the lathe and is easy to use, with rotation speeds above 10,000 rpm, bar changes in as little as 3 seconds and fast indexing. It is also quiet, and all of this adds up to a considerable increase in productivity.
IEMCA from Faenza, Italy, has been developing bar feeders since 1961. More than 100,000 of its units are installed in over 90 countries.
