The ELITE ZERO is an automatic bar feeder for diameters 0.3 to 3 mm, for sliding headstock lathes. It was developed to meet the needs of Iemca partners in the management of ultra-thin bars in the watchmaking, micromechanics and medical industries. It can be used to machine ultra-thin bars (ø 0.3 mm), to delicately handle all work phases without bending the ultra-thin bar, to set no limits on turning speed.
IEMCA from Faenza, Italy, has been developing bar feeders since 1961. More than 100,000 of its units are installed in over 90 countries.
